UK property developer Redrow believe in nurturing young talent to provide fresh impetus into their workforce. Each year, their graduate recruitment scheme attracts some of the most gifted and driven university graduates — each given the opportunity to shine over a 15 month period within numerous company divisions and departments.
Our task was to create a brochure and promotional materials for the recruitment scheme which would engage with potential candidates and position the programme as an exciting but credible adventure. We did this by limiting the corporate feel of the communications — precise line illustrations, recycled paper stocks and a bold headline font were used to create a more intriguing and playful twist on the traditional Redrow brand style.
